The Junior Digital Marketing Specialist role is responsible for the delivery of a fully integrated digital marketing strategy for the business, raising the market presence of Azerbaijan Airlines across all digital media channels, while maintaining brand identity. Innovation and creative thinking are a must to ensure that AZAL appeals to a wider, diverse audience and is differentiated through quality, safety, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
· Planning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including online; advertising, web site strategy and design, social media, mobile, and deliverables;
· Answering comments and messages in social media channels
· Developing key relationships with third party suppliers – including design agency, digital agency, agency contacts and airline clients;
· Leading ongoing management of digital touch points, including social media and digital advertising platforms;
· Managing day-to-day production, content creation, as well as campaign budgets and schedules;
· Analyzing and creating digital marketing reports;
· Implementation of the Brand strategy ensuring a strong, consistent brand image is always portrayed in digital channels;
· Developing and delivering the digital marketing strategy to support business priorities - including designing branded posts and videos, researching hashtags, scheduling, and reporting;
· Ensuring that marketing related key performance objectives are implemented and achieved through monthly KPI reporting;
· Work closely with the leadership and sales team to develop marketing materials for individual products and programs;
· Creative input into asset and content creation, including website;
· Copy creation across all channels for external communications;
· Market research and competitor analysis to determine requirements, market perception and consumer trends;
· To ensure brand guidelines are adhered to and realized in all digital marketing communications.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Degree or equivalent education in a marketing or related subject;
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to deal effectively with internal and external contacts, across all levels;
· at least 2 years of previous experience within a Marketing function;
· Moderate skills in Copy Writing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
· Master's degree in Business or Marketing
· 1+ year of travel or airline experience
Skills:
· Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Language Skills: Azerbaijani – Fluent; English – full professional proficiency; Russian – is advantage
