Assist the Human Resources Manager in ensuring the effective and seamless functioning of the HR Department, in accordance with all established policies and procedures.

Support the preparation, implementation, and regular update of internal HR operational manuals and procedures.

Ensure that all employee files and documentation are properly maintained and kept up to date (including contracts, annual leave, business trips, and medical leaves).

Manage payroll processing in coordination with the Finance Department, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely salary payments.

Support the HR Manager in ensuring full compliance with labor legislation and other government regulations.

Manage and monitor employee welfare and engagement programs organized by the hotel, ensuring that benefits remain competitive and aligned with local market practices.

Coordinate and ensure timely submission of all required HR forms, reports, and data to the Head Office.

Maintain responsibility for the confidentiality, safety, and proper storage of all personnel files and sensitive documents.

Participate in internal HR meetings, reporting sessions, and planning discussions in line with the department’s schedule.

Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in HR roles.

Proven experience in payroll administration.

Solid knowledge of local labor legislation and HR best practices.

Excellent organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

High attention to detail and strong sense of confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office and SAP ERP.

Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken).

Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
