Description
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Ensure efficient and smooth operation of dining areas, bar, and room service
- Train new staff and conduct ongoing training sessions to maintain service standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet operational requirements
- Assist in menu planning, pricing, and development of new dishes
- Uphold sanitation and safety standards in compliance with health regulations
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
- Maintain a positive working environment and motivate team members to achieve goals
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as an F&B Supervisor
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Language skills: Azerbaijani, English. Russian is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and cost control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
