Description

  • Conduct the HR documentation process, including managing vacations and timesheets.
  • Submit labor contracts through the EMAS system.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support employee relations and address any HR-related inquiries.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Enter all employee-related information into the SAP system.
  • Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR role.
  • Experience in hospitality is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English
  • Experience with SAP/ Success Factor and the EMAS system.
  • Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Azerbaijan Republic.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
