Description
- Lead the design and execution of interior architecture projects from concept to completion;
- Create functional and aesthetic design solutions in line with client needs and project objectives;
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations using design software;
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors throughout project stages;
- Ensure all designs comply with local codes, safety standards, and brand guidelines;
- Oversee construction progress and ensure quality control on-site;
- Manage project documentation, materials selection, and procurement processes.
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design/architecture (lead or senior level preferred);
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max (Corona), SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop;
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality projects;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a design team;
- Strong portfolio showcasing interior design and architecture projects;
- Knowledge of construction materials and technical detailing;
- Familiarity with FF&E selection and documentation;
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or other languages is an advantage.
