IKMA Group announces the launch of the Summer Practice Hub '26, a highly structured, 2-month professional development program designed to bridge advanced academic knowledge with corporate execution. Grounded in global operational standards and continuous innovation, this initiative offers high-potential talent the opportunity to contribute to real-world business outcomes.

We invite forward-thinking undergraduates (3rd/4th year) and recent graduates to integrate into our corporate ecosystem and drive meaningful operational impact.

Candidates will be aligned with one of four core corporate business units, gaining direct exposure to industry-leading methodologies:

• Engineering & Technical Operations (Engineering Stream)
• Corporate Finance & Financial Control (Finance & Accounting Stream)
• Supply Chain Management & Procurement (Supply Chain & Logistics Stream)
• Business Administration & Document Control (Business Administration Stream)

Academic Background: Current undergraduate students (entering their 3rd or 4th year) or recent graduates in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Azerbaijani (written and spoken) is required; working proficiency in English is highly asset.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Foundational literacy in MS Office tools (specifically proficient in MS Excel for analytical roles).
• Strong collaborative capacity, analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to operational tasks.
• Excellence in task execution and high commitment to workplace discipline.
