Exam Officer

• Communication with parents and students on exam procedures and processes, exam payments and results;
• Responding to students’ and parents’ enquiries with regards to exams;
• Correspondence with Exam Boards (Cambridge and Pearson);
• Correspondence with external stakeholders (cargo, postal services, customs);
• Collaboration with Operations Department and Security;
• Collaboration with Finance Department on exam payment procedures and fees;
• Collaboration with Heads of Departments on curriculum codes and syllabus;
• Collecting ID cards and passports from students;
• Submission of entries, accurately and on time;
• Ensuring payment is done timely;
• Managing the examinations budget effectively. 

• Bachelor’s degree is a must;
• Fluent English;
• Over 2 years of experience in related fields;
• Background in education is a plus;
• Skills and abilities;
• Accurate, responsible and accountable;
• IT literate;
• Strong communication and persuasiveness skills.
