Senior Commercial Specialist, Procurement & Commercial

We are looking for a Senior Commercial Specialist - Procurement & Commercial to manage vendor relationships, commercial operations, contracts, and cost control while supporting procurement and tendering processes. The role requires strong coordination, negotiation, and risk management skills to ensure transparent and efficient commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage vendor relationships and support procurement initiatives aligned with project budgets.
• Assist in tendering, negotiations, and contract amendments.
• Coordinate with project managers and procurement teams.
• Manage commercial operations including contract and cost control.
• Ensure transparency and fairness in procurement and tender processes.
• Adhere to the company’s operational risk management policy.
• Follow internal rules, policies, and procedures.
• Achieve the annual goals set by the company and agreed upon by the employee.
• Follow any other verbal or written instructions provided by your direct manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Economics or Quantity Surveying.
• Technical construction knowledge, procurement, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in a similar role, working with vendors and suppliers. Professional certification from a recognized international chartered institute in their sphere.
• Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Costing and procurement software knowledge is an advantage.
• Transparent and fair tender management.
• Effective claim management.
• Building and maintaining vendor relationships.
• Timely and accurate offer collection.
• Objective evaluation of services.
