Description

  • Managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns;
  • Identifying and targeting the right audience segments effectively;
  • Working with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, Microsoft Clarity and others;
  • Performing A/B testing and analyzing the results to optimize campaigns;
  • Conducting lead-generation focused optimizations across digital platforms;
  • Making necessary updates and changes within the admin panel of the bank’s website;
  • Monitoring market trends and innovations, and applying them in digital marketing strategies;
  • Increasing online sales of cards, loans, and other banking products through digital advertising;
  • Continuously optimizing the bank’s digital activities to ensure a customer-centric experience;
  • Analyzing competitors and identifying key industry-related keywords to build and improve SEO strategies for the website and offering development recommendations;
  • Creating dashboards and compiling monthly performance reports for all digital activities;
  • Ensuring high performance and continuous improvement of website and mobile app KPIs, including user experience (UX) and customer satisfaction;
  • Collaborating with design teams to create engaging and effective ad visuals;
  • Staying up to date with the latest consumer and marketing trends, as well as technological advancements, and integrating them into the digital strategy;
  • Maintaining regular communication with Developer and UX/UI teams to enhance and improve the website;
  • Leading and managing the digital marketing team effectively.

Responsibilities


  • Higher education in Business, Marketing, or Economics;
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in the banking sector is preferred);
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other required software tools;
  • Strong ability to achieve set goals and objectives;
  • Initiative, creativity, performance orientation and openness to innovation;
  • Willingness to learn and a strong drive for personal and professional development.
