Description
- Preparation and legal expertise of employment contracts, addenda, and opinions in accordance with labor legislation
- Provision of legal support for recruitment, dismissal, disciplinary measures, non-working hours, and labor disputes
- Preparation and improvement of the company's internal regulations, instructions, policies, and procedures
- Supervision of compliance and risk management by close cooperation with the human resources team
- Representation of the company before state authorities and court instances
- Participation in internal investigations (e.g., legal violations in the workplace)
- Preparation of relevant reports and presentation to management
- Fulfillment of other legal assignments given by management
Responsibilities
- Higher legal education;
- At least 3 years of work experience in labor law;
- Must have excellent knowledge of the labor and administrative legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- Fluent speaking and writing skills in Russian and Azerbaijani, English is desirable;
- Ability to work confidently in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills;
- Ability to work with various legal documents simultaneously and set priorities correctly
