  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company goals and budget.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, RFQs/RFPs/ITTs, vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and order placement.
  • Analyse market trends and supplier performance to ensure the best quality and value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead initiatives to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., finance, logistics, operations) to align procurement plans with business needs.
  • Developing PSCM sourcing and sector strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
  • Sourcing and engaging reliable Suppliers.
  • Support PSCM process in terms of obtaining required goods and services.
  • Negotiating with Suppliers to secure advantageous contractual terms.
  • Reviewing existing contracts with Suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility.
  • Promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Preparing procurement reports.

Требования

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CIPS, CIPD are desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement and supply, preferably in a mid to large-sized company and with 1 year in a leading role.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sourcing projects and supplier negotiations.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani (native), English (B1, B2), Russian (B1, B2).
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, 1C) and outlook.
  • Deep understanding of supplier evaluation, risk management, and cost analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, in high-stress and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
