Описание

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies;

Conduct job analysis, develop JD for new positions, review existing JD to analyse how well document meet the current requirements;

Partner with department leads on workforce planning initiatives to forecast hiring needs, assess talent gaps, and develop proactive recruitment strategies;

Source and attract top IT talent using different platforms and channels;

Conduct initial screening and technical assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications;

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding coordination;

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future IT and Cyber openings;

Требования

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field;

3+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in both agency and corporate settings;

Deep understanding of IT roles and technical skill sets (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, etc.)

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills;

Fluency in Azerbaijan and Russian, English proficiency is also essential;

Familiarity with local labor law and talent market trends in Azerbaijan;
