- Monitoring product lifecycle and identifying growth opportunities
- Developing marketing and brand strategies for neurology products
- Analyzing market trends, competitors, and sales performance
- Working closely with medical, sales, regulatory, and supply chain teams
- Organizing promotional activities, conferences, and doctor engagement programs
- Preparing forecasts, budgets, and launch plans
- Supporting field force training and product positioning
- Building relationships with neurologists and healthcare professionals
Требования
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biology, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical marketing or product management
- Experience with neurology/CNS products is preferred
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical market dynamics and competitor analysis
- Ability to prepare marketing plans, forecasts, and budgets
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Willingness to travel for meetings, congresses, and field visits
