- Organize the development of the company's growth strategy and action plans;
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor behavior, and industry trends;
- Lead the implementation of research and development (R&D) projects aimed at applying advanced technologies and creating new products;
- Propose the implementation of international norms and standards within the company, and coordinate activities in this direction;
- Analyze existing business processes, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide optimization suggestions;
- Obtain licenses and approvals from relevant authorities and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to strengthen the market position of the products.
Требования
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and spoken)
- Solid knowledge of lubricant formulation, production technologies, and quality control
- Proven experience in applying for and managing OEM approvals (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo, etc.)
- Familiarity with REACH, SGS, Intertek, API, ACEA, and other global certification bodies
- Ability to prepare and submit technical documents and communicate with international organizations
- Strong intellectual and professional background, able to manage strategic partnerships
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience at SGS Azerbaijan, Intertek Azerbaijan, BP Azerbaijan, or other well-known organizations
