Требования
- A minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in the engineering field;
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams;
- Strong project management and resource allocation abilities;
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking;
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering processes and technologies;
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken);
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
