We are seeking an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us continue to grow and succeed. As an Administrative Assistant at KYNY Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office and providing essential support to our team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills who can adapt to a variety of tasks and environments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.


Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings

- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring inventory is stocked and in good condition

- Act as the first point of contact for all incoming calls and visitors, while maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor

- Organize and maintain all company files, records, and confidential documents

- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed

- Complete general office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing

- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotel reservations, and transportation for the team

- Participate in team meetings and take detailed notes and distribute minutes to all attendees

- Assist with planning company events and social activities

- Occasionally help with personal tasks for the executive team, such as booking appointments and making reservations

Требования

- High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Good time-management and organizational skills

- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or tight deadlines
