Mechanical Supervisor

• Supervise and control daily mechanical installation works on site
• Allocate tasks to mechanical workers and technicians according to work plans
• Ensure correct installation of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems
• Coordinate daily activities with Mechanical Engineers and other site teams
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with HSE rules and safe work procedures
• Control proper use of tools, equipment, and materials by mechanical teams
• Identify and report site issues, delays, or non-conformities to the Mechanical Engineer
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and snagging activities
• Maintain cleanliness and order in mechanical work areas
• Record daily manpower and work progress when required

Education:

Technical or vocational education in mechanical works (HVAC, plumbing, or related trade) is preferable

Specific areas of expertise:

Supervision of mechanical installation works; Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems

Work experience:

Minimum 5-10 years of experience in mechanical works; At least 2 years in a supervisor role

Language and computer programs knowledge (Microsoft Office):

Azerbaijani – fluent
