Provide high-quality legal support on all legal aspects of the Company’s business operations
Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare detailed analyses on the application of substantive and procedural provisions of civil and tax legislation;
Provide complex and multi-faceted legal opinions on civil, tax, and commercial law matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including commercial agreements, partnership contracts, and internal policies
Support with legal risk assessments and practical legal solutions
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws, industry regulations, and internal policies
Assist with the development and improvement of internal procedures and policies
Represent the company in contract negotiations and liaise with external stakeholders and regulatory authorities
Contribute to legal awareness and training within the company

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law from a reputable university
At least 5 years of continuous and professional experience in a law firm or global consulting company (only candidates with relevant experience in this field will be considered);
Solid knowledge of Azerbaijani civil and tax legislation; familiarity with legal due diligence and regulatory compliance is highly valued
Strong legal drafting, analytical, and research skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; solution-oriented approach
Ability to interpret and apply complex legal provisions to real-world business situations.
High level of accuracy, responsibility, and professional ethics.
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (both written and verbal); other foreign languages is an asset
