Manage and complete the hiring process in EMAS and ERP for all new employees.
Ensure all approved employment requests and changes are accurately entered in both systems.
Closely coordinate with the payroll responsible person (the only one handling payroll) to ensure timely and accurate updates of new joiners, transfers, and other employee changes.
Collaborate with relevant departments (IT, Finance, Operations) to ensure new employees are properly prepared for their start — including access cards, uniforms, and work tools.
Support the onboarding process by preparing employee profiles and ensuring readiness before the first working day.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in EMAS and ERP, including status changes such as transfers, promotions, or separations.
Support HR management with data entries and system improvements in EMAS and ERP.
Provide general administrative and system support to the HR team as required.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or coordination.
Experience working with EMAS and SAP is preferred.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to always maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
