Maintenance & Repair: Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, including HVAC units, plumbing systems, refrigeration units, elevators, and other machinery used throughout the hotel.
Inspections & Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and avoid equipment failure.
Response to Failures: Respond promptly to mechanical failures or malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Boiler & Heating Systems: Monitor and maintain heating systems, boilers, and water heaters to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Plumbing Systems: Inspect and repair plumbing systems, including pipes, pumps, valves, and water supply systems, to prevent leaks, clogs, and water damage.
HVAC Systems: Diagnose and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to maintain a comfortable environment for guests and staff.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Engineering, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage, to ensure that mechanical issues are addressed efficiently and do not interfere with hotel operations.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety standards and regulations while performing mechanical repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees.
Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to ensure accountability and organization.

· 2 year experience as a mechanic.
· Knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, boilers, and refrigeration units.
· Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and perform timely, effective repairs.
· Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and equipment monitoring systems.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call for emergencies.
· Relevant certifications or licenses for HVAC, boiler operation, or mechanical systems preferred.
· At least 3-5 years of experience as a mechanic or technician.
