Operational Leadership
- Provide visionary leadership to all hotels within the group to ensure adherence to company standards and brand values.
- Lead and manage the implementation of business strategies aimed at exceeding revenue, profitability, and performance targets.
- Oversee operational excellence across properties to ensure optimal guest experience, operational efficiency, and compliance.
- Ensure all properties comply with brand standards, policies, and procedures.
Strategic Execution
- Drive the development and execution of growth strategies to support expansion plans, operational scalability, and market leadership.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to establish strategic objectives and operational roadmaps.
- Evaluate and enhance internal processes and systems to support efficient service delivery and operational control.
Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze hotel KPIs, budgets, and operating metrics; provide accurate, timely reports to the CEO.
- Evaluate hotel General Managers and operational teams; provide guidance and leadership for improvement and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance benchmarking and best practice sharing across properties.
Pre-Opening & Project Oversight
- Oversee the pre-opening planning and execution for new properties including OS&E planning, team recruitment, and operational setup.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion of new hotel developments in line with brand expectations.
Talent & Culture
- Lead the recruitment, development, and retention of high-performing hotel leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, transparency, and service excellence.
- Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and mentorship initiatives across the group.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and partnership synergy.
