- Consolidate HR reports from hotel units into accurate corporate-level reports within set deadlines.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data and trends.
- Maintain personnel files and ensure documentation compliance.
- Support HR projects, policies, and initiatives.
Tələblər
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the hotel industry is a must.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines.
