· Ensure business practices are always completed with intention of achieveing best result for company and not personal benefits.Demonstrates the successful proposal development and presentation skills to include strong oral and written communication skills.

·  Ensure compliance with applicable hotel, company, and local regulations, policies, and laws, including credit and payment policies.

 ·  Analysis of current and potential markets / trends, coordination of all activities to maintain and increase revenue through additional business volume and increased prices.

 ·  Analysis and continuous monitoring of the hotel sector, competitors' activities and statistical data.

 ·  Ensure compliance of sales activities with Group Sales and Marketing Strategy.

·  Ensures that the sales team trys to minize costs for its activities and find economic options where appropriate and possible.

·  Provide friendly and effective support to employees in their department and employees of other departments.

·  Be creative, innovative, organized and client focused.

·  Coordination of hotel sales activities to achieve desired number of hotel customers and to provide them with high-quality service, increase food and beverage sales and income.

·  Development and design of attractive offers for clients based a business case that contributes to properties success.

·  Represents hotels in specialized exhibitions and workshops of national and international level.

·  Regularly visits large and influential customers, identifies future cooperation prospects and accounts, and provides sales activities necessary to maximize share of clients business.

·  Proactively seeks meetings with guests of key clients to further show appretition and develop new business opportunities.

·  Provides detailed information to existing and potential customers on the range of hotel features and services through relevant sales channels.

·  Ensures that all proposal for clients are prepared profesionally, apeeling, are personalized based on a qualifying of a lead and are followed up on regular basis to ensure conversion of business.

·  Always observes the level of service and quality in hotels and shares feedback as well as suggestions based on client and guest feedback.

·  Always serves as role model on professional and hospitable behaviour with guests and clients.

·  Ensure all bookings are put in system and promptly updated as per current status.

·  Ensure that communication about bookings is communicated to respective deaprtmenats as per porcedures and in timely manner.

·  Preparation of weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts.

·  Develops and maintains positive atmosphere in the Sales and Marketing deprtamt in order to keep morale and motivation high during all times.

·  Be flexible and prepared to fulfil other relevant obligations and responsibilities under the instructions given by supervisor, including, if needed, transfer to other departments and areas, meet the requirements regarding business needs and customer service.

·  To perform other assigned duties and responsibilities as per the instructions of the supervisor.

·  Ensures professional and appropriate communication standards in verbal and written.

 ·      Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, associates and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.

·        Proven ability to work under pressure and meet multiple tight deadlines.

·        Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Opera with excellent typing skills.

·        Strong problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational abilities.

·        Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·        Confidentiality.

·        Flexible and possess initiative to see all assignments and projects through to completion unsupervised.

·        Fluent in English/Russian/Azeri written and verbal required.
