Project Support & Documentation:
- Assist in organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
- Support the development and maintenance of project schedules, plans, and reports.
- Track project tasks and deadlines under the guidance of senior team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Coordination & Communication:
- Communicate project updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal departments (IT, Operations, Finance, etc.) to collect data or feedback.
- Help ensure effective communication between the project team and business units.
Risk & Issue Tracking:
- Assist in identifying basic project risks or issues and escalating them as needed.
- Help maintain risk and issue logs.
Methodology & Compliance:
- Learn and apply fundamental project management practices (Agile, Waterfall, PMI).
- Follow internal procedures, compliance standards, and data handling policies.
