Plan, coordinate, and oversee the maintenance of a modern fleet of agricultural machinery, including both on-road and off-road vehicles.
Implement efficient workshop processes and best practices through preventative and scheduled maintenance programs, ensuring full compliance with HSE requirements.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mechanics, fostering a productive and safe working environment.
Delegate and plan daily and weekly workloads for garage staff, monitor job completion, and ensure optimal allocation of resources both in the garage and in the field.
Develop and execute a comprehensive machinery maintenance plan aligned with upcoming operations.
Identify and source required parts using electronic systems, coordinating with the Technical Manager and Stock Department for timely release.
Ensure accurate use of garage staff job cards, monitor productivity, and optimize task allocation.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field (Agriculture/Construction).
Valid driving license for automobiles and off-road equipment.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar roles.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Organizational and planning abilities, with attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Interest in learning and improving technical skills.
