Contract Management & Legal Advisory
- Draft, review, and analyze various commercial contracts and agreements to identify, assess, and mitigate potential legal risks.
- Participate in contract negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to ensure the company's legal and commercial interests are protected.
- Review incoming official correspondence and inquiries from different departments, conduct comprehensive legal analysis, and provide accurate legal opinions/feedback.
- Draft outgoing official letters, responses, and formal statements in compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Assist in the preparation, revision, and implementation of internal corporate documents, policies, and regulations.
- Monitor changes in local legislation and advise internal teams on regulatory compliance and legal developments affecting business operations.
- Liaise with government authorities, notary offices, and public institutions regarding corporate legal matters.
Intellectual Property (IP)
- Handle the registration, renewal, and maintenance of trademarks and other intellectual property rights, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Assist in managing court cases, preparing legal briefs, lawsuits, objections, appeals, and other litigation documents.
- Regularly monitor and manage legal proceedings through the Electronic Court Profile ("E-mehkeme" portal).
Legal Administration
- Maintain, update, and archive an organized registry of all contracts, official correspondence, and corporate legal documentation.
