Leading Reporting Specialist

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated and standalone IFRS financial statements, including timely and accurate preparation of supporting notes and disclosures;

- Ensure effective communication and coordination with the finance teams of the Company and its subsidiary companies and other key stakeholders;

- Analyze the financial statements of the Company and its subsidiary companies, ensuring compliance with accounting policies and IFRS requirements, identifying inconsistencies, implementing necessary improvements, and enhancing overall reporting quality;

- Support continuous improvement of the financial reporting cycle, including automation of processes, simplification and standardization of reporting, and strengthening the analytical depth of financial outputs;

- Support automation and integration of IFRS requirements within the ERP system;

- Support the evaluation of the profitability and performance of current projects, providing analytical insights to assist management in project monitoring and decision-making;

- Support analysis of cash flow, liquidity, and working capital performance;

- Provide financial insights to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting;

- Implementing control mechanism over the completeness, accuracy and reasonableness of accounting data.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting;

- 1-2 years of professional experience in financial reporting or financial analysis;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Strong communication and presentation skills;

- Good knowledge of Azerbaijani and English, Russian is advantage;

- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel) and 1C ERP, Power BI knowledge is advantage;

- ACCA, CIMA or other financial certifications are advantage.
