Communications Specialist with Local and International Partners

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Communications Specialist within the scope of International Relations to lead and support our local and international engagement strategies. This role involves managing key local and international partnerships.

• Develop and implement comprehensive international engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage strategic partnerships with international partners and institutions.
• Respond local and international inquiries with high level diplomacy.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align international initiatives and ensure consistency in external messaging.
• Develop and implement communication strategies across social platforms.
• Research and develop effective solutions to address international communication challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in International Relations, Political Science, Public Policy, International Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–4 years of progressive experience in communications, international relations, diplomacy.
• Proven experience in managing international partnerships and high-level negotiations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Azerbaijan, English, Russian.
• Ability to work across cultures with sensitivity, diplomacy, and professionalism.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Prior experience in government organization is an advantage.
