Dispatcher

ASG Business Aviation is looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and organized Dispatcher to support and coordinate our daily flight operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage ground handling services in alignment with aircraft schedules and daily flight plans.
• Coordinate and oversee the execution of ordered (chartered) flights.
• Ensure timely and efficient communication with crews, ground service providers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to flight dispatch and ground operations.
• Respond promptly to operational changes or irregularities, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Working Conditions:

• Employment and benefits in accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
• Working place: ASG Business Aviation building, Mardakan highway (Heydar Aliyev International Airport)
• Shift-based schedule:

Day Shift: 08:00 – 20:00

Night Shift: 20:00 – 08:00 (next day)

Followed by 2 days off

Requirements:

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English, and Russian — both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous work experience is not mandatory but will be considered an asset.
