Capable of teaching and mentoring project teams, managers, and stakeholders in project management principles.
Ability on developing project documentation, procedures, and standards, PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.
Guide teams in lessons learned and post-project evaluations.
Ability to ensure consistent application of governance standards across projects.
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Professional certifications: PMP is a must. PRINCE2, Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) highly advantageous.
2+ years of experience in a PMO or project management environment and business process management.
In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
