- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMO frameworks, methodologies, governance structures, and tools.
- Ensure consistent application of project governance standards across all initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, templates, policies, and procedures in alignment with best practices.
- Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to project teams, managers, and stakeholders on project management principles and best practices.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions and post-project evaluations to drive process improvements and knowledge sharing.
- Monitor and report on project performance, risks, and compliance with governance frameworks.
- Assist in the selection, configuration, and adoption of project management tools and platforms (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and execution with organizational strategy.
- Promote the adoption of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies, adapting approaches as necessary for project context.
Tələblər
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Professional certifications: PMP is a must. Agile certifications (PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master) highly advantageous.
- 2+ years of experience in a PMO or project management environment and business process management.
- In-depth knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Capable of teaching and mentoring project teams, managers, and stakeholders in project management principles.
- Ability on developing project documentation, procedures, and standards, PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance structures.
- Guide teams in lessons learned and post-project evaluations.

- Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
