Junior HSE Specialist

Conduct regular inspections and observations in the Central Warehouse area according to the established checklist.

Identify and document safety violations, non-conformities, and deficiencies in the warehouse.

Share non-conformity and deficiency reports with the relevant departments and responsible employees.

Inform warehouse employees and management about health and safety rules and requirements.

Participate in fire evacuation drills and emergency response exercises.

Conduct HSE training sessions for employees in relevant operational areas.

Monitor the effectiveness of HSE training through workplace observations.

Conduct daily inspections of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the warehouse.

Record accidents and incidents and immediately report them to the relevant responsible persons.

Monitor the safe installation, operation, and use of equipment and machinery.

Participate in workplace hazard identification and risk assessment activities.

Prepare and submit monthly reports on inspections and observations to the HSE Manager.

Conduct inspections related to fire safety and initial firefighting measures in the warehouse.

Monitor compliance with the company’s risk assessments, HSE requirements, and safety operating procedures.

Ensure that all HSE-related tasks and assignments are completed on time.

Participate in daily pre-shift HSE briefings when required.

Participate in evaluating employees’ HSE knowledge when required.

Provide on-site instructions and guidance on the safe use and planned inspection of equipment.
