Senior Expert on International Certification and Technical Affairs

Organize the development of the company's growth strategy and action plans;
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor behavior, and industry trends;
Lead the implementation of research and development (R&D) projects aimed at applying advanced technologies and creating new products;
Propose the implementation of international norms and standards within the company, and coordinate activities in this direction;
Analyze existing business processes, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide optimization suggestions;
Obtain licenses and approvals from relevant authorities and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to strengthen the market position of the products.

Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (both written and spoken)
Solid knowledge of lubricant formulation, production technologies, and quality control
Proven experience in applying for and managing OEM approvals (e.g., Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Volvo, etc.)
Familiarity with REACH, SGS, Intertek, API, ACEA, and other global certification bodies
Ability to prepare and submit technical documents and communicate with international organizations
Strong intellectual and professional background, able to manage strategic partnerships
Preference will be given to candidates with experience at SGS Azerbaijan, Intertek Azerbaijan, BP Azerbaijan, or other well-known organizations
