BSS Administrator

Aztelekom MMC is a leading telecommunications company in Azerbaijan, committed to providing cutting-edge solutions and services. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced BSS administrator to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate billing, charging, service configuration and management activities.
• Support and management of the necessary communication activities related to the changes.
• Manage the completion and maintenance of complex system configurations within the BSS system including issue resolution.
• Track and test new system functionality, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Manage required proposal documents from Project Managers and enforce deadlines.
• Satisfy billing deadlines and KPIs through proper internal and external communication.
• Organize periodic review and optimization of products and services configuration.
• Establish and maintain centralized product catalog for operational products and services.
•  Establish and maintain positive working relationships with related teams.
•  Collaborate with other teams to resolve incidents and problems.
• Handle customer requests and resolve subscriber complaints based on agreed KPIs.
• Prepare necessary operation and maintenance documentation, troubleshooting guides.
• Prepare specialized reports and analyses.

  Skills and experience:

• A university degree in applied math, computer science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in related area.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to communicate in professional manner, both written and verbal.
• Extensive knowledge about end to end flow of existing processes, products and services.
• Scripting (Bash, Python), Linux OS knowledge, SQL/PL-SQL.
• Customer Centricity: Analyze Issues and Solve Problems.
• Understand strategies and identify improvements.
• Transformational leadership skills.
