Business Process Manager

Aztelekom LLC, a leading telecommunications company in Azerbaijan, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Process Manager. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized business processes and procedures across all departments within the organization.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and develop solutions for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor process performance metrics and KPIs to track effectiveness and identify areas for further improvement.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in process management, business process improvement, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop innovative solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in telecommunications or related industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools/software. Hands-on experience with SAP Build Process Automation and/or SAP Signavio is a plus.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English languages.
