  • Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases;
  • Preparing new employee files and all relevant documentation;
  • Maintain employee personnel records in 1C and EMAS;
  • Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc.;
  • Preparation of labour agreements and hiring documents;
  • Assisting in payroll calculations and ensuring related employee data is accurate
  • Calculation of companies' salaries (salary, vacation, sick leave, etc.);
  • Preparation and submission of tax and statistical reports (Single Wage Declaration, Statistical reports)
  • Addressing inquiries of clients related to payroll calculations
  • Preparation of advance reports on business trips


Tələblər

Professional Knowledge

·      Fluent in written and spoken Azerbaijani, intermediate level of Russian and English proficiency

·      Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs

·      Knowledge of Labor Code;


Education

·      A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field

 

Work Experience

·      Minimum 2-3 years work experience in HR

 

Professional Skills and Competencies

·          Analytic skills

·          Knowledge of 1C accounting program (8);

·          Strong written & verbal communications skills

·          Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)

·          Problem-solving skills

·          Time management

·          Ability to work in a team
