As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our people strategy, driving organizational growth, and building a high-performing culture across our engineering, product, and data science teams. Working closely with senior leadership, you will oversee the full HR lifecycle from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance, engagement, and retention ensuring that our people practices scale with the business and support our mission of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with engineering, product, and data science leads to design and implement team

structures aligned with delivery priorities.

  • Drive workforce planning and talent strategy across high-growth, high-sensitivity areas

such as real-time analytics, AI models, and network security tools.

  • Build and lead performance frameworks that support innovation and accountability in

fast-moving development environments.

  • Implement performance management systems that drive accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Support leadership with capability building, team effectiveness, and org design during

platform expansion and cross-functional integration.

  • Guide talent acquisition efforts

Oversee onboarding, career pathing, and retention strategies

  • Manage risk-compliant HR practices, particularly for roles exposed to sensitive or regulated data

environments.



What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or senior generalist role within a technology-driven or high-growth environment.
  • Experience in tech startups or product-driven environments with rapid team scaling.
  • Strong understanding of software team dynamics, sprint-based working models, and agile

collaboration.

  • High business acumen with strong organizational design and change management skills.
  • Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex org structures.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field. Tech industry experience

preferred.
