Junior Product Owner

We are looking for a motivated, curious, and fast-learning Junior Product Owner to join our Product Development team.

This role is designed for someone who is eager to grow in Product Management, support Product Owners in daily product development activities, understand user and business needs, and help coordinate work between different teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Product Owners in analyzing product ideas, business requirements, and user needs
• Assist with backlog management, task preparation, and product documentation
• Help prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and simple product requirement documents
• Help clarify the problem behind requests and identify missing information before tasks move into development.
• Support feature testing and post-release checks together with Product Owners and QA.
• Analyze existing product features and suggest improvements
• Conduct research on competitor products, market trends, and user behavior
• Use AI tools to support research, documentation, idea generation, and process optimization

Requirements:

• Strong interest in Product Management / Product Owner roles
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge in practice
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to structure tasks and present information clearly in written form
• Interest in using AI tools and basic practical experience with them
• (for example: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Notion AI, etc.)
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani
• English language skills are an advantage

Nice to Have:

• Basic understanding of product metrics, such as conversion, activation, and retention.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, or similar tools
• Ability to understand Figma files or design prototypes
• Interest in mobile apps, web platforms, and digital products
• Ability to think based on data and user behavior
• Interest in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms
