Marketing and PR Manager

Esyasoft CIS is expanding its presence in Azerbaijan, and we are now seeking a Marketing and PR Manager to lead the company’s marketing and public relations initiatives, strengthen brand presence, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and PR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets;

·      Lead brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels;

·      Oversee media relations, corporate communications, and public affairs to enhance Esyasoft’s reputation;

·      Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives that drive engagement and business impact;

·      Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, and online campaigns;

·      Provide leadership and guidance to marketing and communications staff, fostering collaboration and professional development;

·      Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to inform strategy and decision-making;

·      Serve as a key liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of messaging and corporate communications;

·      Track, analyze, and report marketing and PR performance metrics to senior management;

·      Act as a spokesperson and represent the company at external forums, media engagements, and industry events.

Qualifications & Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field;

·      5+ years of progressive experience in marketing and corporate communications, with at least 2 years in a managerial role;

·      Proven experience in brand management, media relations, and digital marketing strategy;

·      Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends;

·      Fluent in Azerbaijani and English (written and spoken); Russian is an advantage.
