Product Owner

Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.

Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of features.

Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to enhance the product.

Monitor key performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement.

Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.

Age: 23-31

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluency in Azerbaijani and English (both written and spoken).

Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
