Lead the design and implementation of automation test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver to validate software functionality;
Develop and maintain robust automated test frameworks and infrastructure to support ongoing testing efforts;
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and scenarios, providing guidance and expertise;
Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement in testing processes;
Actively participate in code reviews, offering feedback on testability and quality aspects of the codebase to ensure high standards are maintained;
Work closely with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely resolution of identified issues;
Drive the integration of automated testing into the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, streamlining testing processes;
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in test automation and quality assurance, incorporating relevant advancements into our practices.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field;
3 or 4 years experience in relevant field;
Extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation, with a proven track record of leadership;
Strong proficiency in Java programming and hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit);
Ability to write SQL queries for database testing and familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins;
Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail;
Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities, with a proven ability to lead and motivate team members;
A passion for delivering high-quality software products and a drive for continuous improvement;
Familiarity with REST Assured for API automation testing;
Experience in monitoring regression tests conducted through automation, including overseeing test execution, analyzing test results, and taking appropriate actions based on outcomes.
