Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and testing documentation on Confluence to ensure thorough coverage of software functionality and requirements;
Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards;
Analyze and interpret test results, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and designers, to understand project goals and requirements, and communicate test results effectively;
Utilize bug tracking tools such as Jira,Youtrack to document, track, and prioritize defects throughout the testing process;
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members;
Perform API testing using tools like Postman and Swagger to validate the integrity and functionality of backend services;
Contribute to the design and implementation of testing strategies, methodologies, and best practices;
Utilize SQL for database testing and data validation purposes, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB;
Utilize Java programming language for test automation efforts and assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts;
Hands-on experience with test case management tools like TestRail or similar, including the ability to create comprehensive check lists and manage test cases efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
1 or 2 years experience in relevant field;
Extensive background in software quality assurance with a strong emphasis on manual and automated testing methodologies;
Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, combined with an unwavering attention to detail;
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, facilitating seamless collaboration with colleagues across various departments;
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments by effectively prioritizing tasks and delivering results efficiently;
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle principles and best practices;
Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard QA tools and technologies;
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members;
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the field of quality assurance.
