Guide students through the full Master's and PhD application process, from initial consultation to enrollment, maintaining regular contact and tracking progress;
Assess academic profiles, research interests, and career goals to develop customized application strategies and advise on suitable programs, universities, and graduate requirements (GPA, tests, prerequisites);
Assist with all application materials, including statements of purpose, personal statements, research proposals, CVs/resumes, transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to university-specific requirements;
Advise students on selecting recommenders, requesting effective recommendations, and preparing for standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, TOEFL, IELTS, etc.);
Provide guidance on funding opportunities, scholarships, assistantships, and fellowships, including application processes;
Oversee multiple applications simultaneously, manage deadlines, and maintain organized records of all student documents and application materials.

Bachelor's degree;
1-2 years of experience in graduate admissions counselling or related field;
Personal experience with graduate-level applications (Master's or PhD) - preferred;
Knowledge of academic research processes and graduate education systems;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in two of the following English, Azerbaijani, and Russian (fluency required);
Ability to evaluate academic transcripts and research potential;
Strong understanding of graduate admissions requirements across multiple countries;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Patient and supportive approach to mentoring students;
Strong analytical skills for assessing student profiles;
Ability to motivate and inspire students through challenging application processes;
Previous experience in academic advising or university admissions;
Published research or strong research background - preferred.
