Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing strategic vendors’ partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across the Azerbaijani market.

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3 to 5+ years of proven B2B sales or business development experience within the technology or software industry
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, networking, infrastructure, or enterprise software will be a strong advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven sales track record
• Experience with CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms
• Fluent Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
