  7. Manage risk-compliant HR practices, particularly for roles exposed to sensitive or regulated data environments. Use people analytics to shape team insights and influence business decisions.

Tələblər

  1. 5 years of HR experience, with a minimum of 2 years in an HRBP role supporting product, engineering, or high-growth software teams.
  2. Experience in tech startups or product-driven environments with rapid team scaling.
  3. Strong understanding of software team dynamics, sprint-based working models, and agile collaboration.
  4. High business acumen with strong organizational design and change management skills.
  5. Confidence working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex org structures.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field.
  7. Tech industry experience preferred
