Business Analyst (Financial & Strategic) within Bir Ecosystem

PASHA Holding is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join Ecosystem Performance Management Team as a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis, or consulting. This position offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of creating the largest B2C Ecosystem in Azerbaijan particularly focusing on E-Commerce and Fintech.

Job Description:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making processes;
• Participate in the development and implementation of performance management activities (incl. strategic planning / modeling, budgeting, KPI setting, etc.) for strategic assets;
• Perform product analysis covering conversion retention rate and product-specific metrics;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, build relationships with Ecosystem companies, Data and Innovation streams, external partners, and consultants;
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and analytical support for senior leadership on both periodic and ad hoc basis;
• Support Ecosystem Associates in their day-to-day activities;
• Monitor results of global ecosystem, E-Com and Fintech players, identifying key trends and insights.

• Up to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, strategic analysis or consulting;
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field;
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PPT (Miro, SQL, Dataiku – strong advantage);
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely;
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Experience in E-com or Fintech sectors is a strong advantage.
