Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Enhance employer branding through strategic partnerships and networking initiatives.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Collaborate with managers to establish performance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Analyze talent and performance data to identify trends and recommend workforce development strategies.
Develop and implement succession planning and career development frameworks.
Design and implement learning & development programs to upskill employees and foster career growth.
Support employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in talent management.
Utilize HR technology and systems to streamline recruitment, L&D, and performance tracking.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, L&D, and performance management, preferably in real estate or related industries.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, HR software, and Excel.
Proven ability in performance management frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to talent strategies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with HR best practices related to recruitment and employee development.
