HSE Site Supervisor

Oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance on construction sites.

Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations and developing measures to assure personnel safety

Ensuring subcontractor site activities comply with company expectations and contract requirements via site inspections and audits

Inspecting personnel adherence to safety rules and procedures

Inspecting fire extinguishers

Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards. 

Report incidents and ensure corrective actions are taken.

Coordinate with management and subcontractors.

Promote a culture of safety awareness.

Ensure adherence to local regulations in real estate projects.

Participating in daily Toolbox Talks (TBT)

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HSE or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in real estate construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of risk management and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team working skills.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
• Willingness to travel and work full-time on sites.
