Chief Operating Officer (Mingachevir)

* Manage daily operations of regional business units.

* Oversee cotton ginning, storage, logistics, warehousing, machinery, and maintenance activities.

* Support regional managers and improve operational discipline.

* Ensure timely preparation and execution of seasonal operational plans.

* Improve efficiency, cost control, and productivity.

* Strengthen control over assets, inventory, machinery, and warehouses.

* Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, and other departments.

* Support process improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, safety rules, and internal procedures.

* Lead and develop operational teams.

* University degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

* Minimum 10 years of management experience in operations, production, agriculture, manufacturing, logistics, or related areas.

* Experience in regional or multi-site operations is preferred.

* At least 5 years of experience in the cotton industry is preferred.

* Experience in cotton ginning, agriculture, textile, or industrial production is an advantage.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Ability to work from Mingachevir and travel to regional locations.
