Prime Cotton is the leading producer of cotton fiber and yarn in Azerbaijan, with a growing international presence. Our product range includes refined and non-refined cotton oil, cottonseed meal, cottonseed, and cotton/yarn waste products. We serve both domestic and global markets with a commitment to innovation, quality, and value creation.
We are entering our next phase of growth, and we are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing strategy, commercial intelligence, branding, and external engagement. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving revenue, expanding market reach, and building long-term brand equity across a diverse portfolio of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Develop and lead marketing strategies across domestic and international markets.
- Identify new product opportunities and value-added solutions for all product lines (cotton fiber, yarn, oil, seed, meal, and waste).
- Ensure alignment between marketing strategy and cross-functional business objectives (Sales, Finance, Production, Logistics, Planning).
2. Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights
- Build and scale market intelligence capabilities to monitor trends, pricing, competition, and sector shifts.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for real-time decision-making.
- Provide actionable, data-backed recommendations for investment, pricing, product positioning, and market entry.
3. Commercial Enablement
- Partner with sales to drive customer acquisition, retention, and large account growth.
- Optimize pricing strategies, product positioning, and brand development to support profitability.
- Support development of new distribution channels, partnerships, and customer-facing initiatives.
4. Brand, PR & External Relations
- Lead corporate communications, PR, and media strategy to build a strong, respected brand locally and internationally.
- Serve as the external face of Prime Cotton in industry forums, trade associations, and government engagement.
- Ensure consistent, strategic messaging across all channels and stakeholder groups.
5. Team Leadership
- Build, coach, and retain a high-performing marketing team.
- Drive a culture of innovation, accountability, agility, and commercial excellence.
